The Contractor will deliver the following Services:
¿ audits of the NAO¿s Annual Resource accounts, commencing 2013-14;
¿ reviews of the annual statement of financial impacts arising from the NAO¿s work;
¿ an annual value for money examination of an aspect of the NAO¿s operations;
¿ audits of the NAO¿s expenditure on international twinning projects prior to submission of claims to the European Union, if required.
The Contractor will be expected to attend meetings of the Public Accounts Commission and of the NAO¿s Audit Committee when requested.
Subject to provisions for earlier termination, the Contract will continue for a period of three years, with the NAO having the option to extend the Contract period by a further period or periods of up to a total of 2 years.
