4. Description: Personnel-training services. Training services. Specialist training services. The NAO is looking for a provider to support in the following:1.Development and facilitation of an in/out group activity for all staff2.Development and delivery of training to DAW champions3.Key note speaker to be involved in the DAW launch event In addition, to support the group activity, we will be purchasing an off the shelf DAW e-learning product which all staff will be expected to complete prior to attending the group activity.This requirement forms part of the recommendations made to the NAO following an external review earlier this year into bullying in the organisation. It also builds on some mandatory unconscious bias training that was delivered to all staff in 2013. The roll out of this training will support the NAO Business Strategy and the new NAO Diversity and Inclusion Strategy, which will take effect in April 2015.
